Session or Support Description

9.30 am, break at 11am, lunch at 12.15 pm, break 2pm session ends at 2.30pm. Each session offers care, support, and chances to grow. We focus on helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and connect with others whilst being person centred. Our activities include: • Arts and crafts to spark creativity • Healthy living sessions for better well-being • Independent living skills to boost confidence • Gardening and nature to enjoy the outdoors • Cooking sessions to learn healthy, practical meals • Enterprise projects to explore teamwork and ideas • Trips and outings to visit local places • Community involvement to build strong connections Our goal is to help each person live a fuller, more active life. We offer a friendly and welcoming space where everyone can learn, grow, thrive and belong.

Expected outcomes
Our sessions aim to support each person in a way that helps them learn, grow and thrive. Our unique "pathway" approach uses small stepping stones to help each person progress at their own pace. We focus on building independence, encouraging choice, and boosting confidence. People can improve their well-being, learn new skills, and enjoy a sense of fun and purpose. We promote inclusion, teamwork, and building friendships. Through our activities, individuals develop strong social skills.
