Nature walks/beach clean/outdoor activities/farm visit/horse riding

Session or Support Description

We offer many nature walks which could include participating in local walks. Walking in the forest and experience the animals that live there, exploring paths that are new to us. We also visit gardens such as the Eden Project or Heligan Gardens. We take part in many activities they have on offer as well as being part of nature. Which is proven to help with our mental health and wellbeing. Join in a beach clean ensuring the beach is safe for us, our community and is safe for all that use it, including animals.
