Session or Support Description

Sessions are based at MCH headoffice, inclusion through supported access to other community activities. An example of this is assisted bike riding, swimming, mixed sports. Session courses are varied and include a range of centre and non centre based activities. Healthy lifestyles include support with understanding healthier food choices, cooking and preparing meals. Developing skills to enable participants to become more confident in many areas of their lives.
