Session or Support Description

The session is based in centre, a paramedic visits and informs the group on how to keep well. What we need to do in an emergency if someone needed CPR. Fully interactive session with group participation. We learn how to apply a bandage, strap an arm following an injury. Discussions around healthy relationships and what should we expect in a partnership. Importance of valuing friendships. What support we may want to give each other to maintain a healthy mental health.
