Session based at Hft Resource Centre Wadebridge Monday-Friday 1000-1600

Expected outcomes
Objective: Teach basic independent cooking skills and healthy eating habits. Soft Skills: Time management, teamwork, following instructions, patience, communication. Technical Skills: kitchen safety, measuring, following recipes, food safety, preparation of simple meals. Outcomes: Participants will gain independence in the kitchen, learn to prepare simple, healthy meals, and improve motor skills through food preparation.
