Session or Support Description
St John’s Hall is a friendly place where adults with learning and physical disabilities can come during the day. You can come for a full day or a half a day. We do fun and interesting activities like art, music, cooking, and going out into the community. We listen to what you like and what you need and base our activities around you. Our staff help you feel confident, learn new things, and make friends.
Expected outcomes
We offer a range of fun and engaging activities including arts and crafts, exercise programs and access to the local community and amenities. Outcomes to be met will be personalised for each individual, but may include increasing confidence or independence, empowering individuals to be part of their local community, enhanced communication and social skills or improved understanding on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
