Cooking Session

Session or Support Description

We have an ever-changing programme of sessions ongoing throughout the week. Sessions can change to support with any events that are taking place throughout the scheme. Each month our Day Centre focus's on a different theme which is then inputted into all our daily activities. Our cooking sessions include a range of savoury and sweet treats.

Expected outcomes
We work with clients to identify their goals and desired outcomes. We carefully consider needs and identify strengths so that we can produce a personalised care and support plan. The aim is that all needs and outcomes will be met through a person-centred approach which is personalised to the client. By participating in our cooking sessions this can promote independence, gain knowledge and confidence and support with learning new skills at home.
