Cornwall Council is seeking to locate Mr Francis Jose (or their heirs) who owned land at West Tolgus, Redruth that was subject to a Compulsory Purchase Order in 1939.
Under the Crichel Down rules, if the land is no longer required for its original purpose, it may be offered back to the previous owner or their successors.
