Landowner Statements Register Help

The Landowner Statements register is displayed with statements in ascending CC ref order as the default view (where the CC ref is constructed using a unique reference number for each parish and then a unique numerical identifier for each statement in that parish.  Please see Parish Reference Lookup for further guidance).

Search the register

You can view particular statement(s) by entering search criteria for the following fields:

  • The postcode of a property on or near the land (please note, this is not the postcode of the applicant). You can perform either a full or partial postcode search;
  • The CC reference number of the statement;
  • The City/Town/Village near the land to which the application relates;
  • The Parish(es) in which the land lies;
  • The Former District(s) in which the land lies;
  • The Electoral Division(s) in which the land lies;
  • Keywords in the following fields: Name of Land and Property On/Near Land Address.

The City/Town/Village, Parish, Former District and Electoral Division fields have an auto-complete function that provides the available matches as you type in the search field. The Postcode, CC Ref and Keywords fields are free text fields.

NB Please be aware that if you enter values in multiple search fields only records that match ALL the criteria will be returned.

Sort the register

In addition, the following fields can be sorted automatically into either ascending or descending numeric or alphabetic order as appropriate by clicking on the column header:

  • CC Reference
  • Postcode (of property on or near the land)
  • City/Town/Village

Restore the default view

To restore the default view (i.e. so that the statements are returned to being presented in ascending CC ref order) please click on ‘View All Statements’. This may be necessary if you have changed the order in which the statements are displayed, either after having run any searches or after having automatically sorted the statements as described above, and want to return the statements to the default CC ref order.
