Please read our information on how we are supporting residents and businesses, as well as information on affected services.

If you are planning to run an event in Cornwall, please complete one of our event notification forms. All relevant services can then be made aware of your event. We will then let you know what permissions and licenses you may need to apply for.

The Event Notification process supports organisers

It provides a single point of contact to Council services and emergency agencies. 

By completing our Event Notification Form, you can help;

  • us to make sure you receive the advice and assistance you need to get your event started
  • and also ensure that you apply for any licences or permissions in good time

The Event Notification form includes the Road Closure Application form.  This is to reduce paperwork for organisers. If your event does NOT involve a road closure, you can use the shorter Event Notification Form below.
