Public Register of Protected Site Rules

There is no obligation for relevant protected site owners i.e.

  • residential caravan sites
  • and mobile home parks

to introduce site rules.  If a site owner wishes to:

  • introduce,
  • remove
  • or vary site rules,

then a strict procedure set in regulations must be followed.

The site owner, once the procedure has concluded, must deposit the site rules to the Council for publication in a register.

Please refer to our guide for the site rule making procedure. The procedure requires certain prescribed forms and notices to be used as detailed The Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) Regulations 2014.

For further advice and information please refer to Park Homes Advice provided by LEASE.

Site rules which have been deposited with Cornwall Council for the public register are listed here:-
