Distribution of Free Printed Material (Flyering)
The only area where the distribution of free printed material is currently controlled in Cornwall is on designated land within Newquay Town Centre.
Free printed material includes items such as flyers, leaflets, pamphlets, newspapers, stickers.
Consent must be obtained from the Council prior to any distribution taking place in the designated areas in Newquay.
