Peeking from a thicket of trees in mid-Cornwall’s Fal Valley, this former engine house turned luxury elopement venue is a magical spot at which to toast togetherness with up to 40 day guests. Against a rolling Poldarkian backdrop, couples and their nearest and dearest will descend upon The Stack for a lovers’ scene that could be lifted from a fairytale. Sleeping up to four adults and two children (but the ideal minimoon spot for two in the throes of “I do”) this is an exclusive UK wedding destination where al fresco affairs in the twinkling woodland grotto and seated suppers on the deck are accompanied by Champagne toasts and high-spirited revelry.
