If you would like to register your church or religious building for worship or solemnisation of marriages, please download the relevant forms from Places of religious worship and the solemnisation of marriages

Copy marriage certificate
Please advise your couples to order their marriage certificates using our online form Order a copy marriage certificate or by calling 0300 1234 181 (option 4)
Residency
If your enquiry relates to a couple completing residency before giving notice of their intent to marry, please e-mail ceremonies@cornwall.gov.uk or call 0300 1234 181 (option 3)
