Council Reporting - Council Performance Report

The Council Performance Report (CPR) demonstrates how the Council is progressing and how it is performing against its objectives, as detailed in the Business Plan. The CPR is reviewed by the Council Leadership Team and Cabinet every quarter.

The four key areas reported on are:

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Strategic and critical performance indicators (with KPI explanations) which show how the Council is performing against the Council Strategy. 
  • Strategic Projects - Strategic and critical project information which show how the Council is performing against the Council Strategy and Business Plan targets.
  • Finance - Details of our financial position at the end of each quarter including progress against the Medium Term Financial Plan.
  • Strategic Risks - Information about the position of the Council's Strategic Risks (high level long-term exposures) and any mitigating actions.
