Step 2: Order your recycling bags or box
Tell us your address and which bag(s) or box you want and our crews will deliver to you, usually within eight calendar days.

Step 3: Check your next recycling collection day
- Enter your address on the 'My Area' section of our website to see your next recycling collection day.

- Put your bag(s) or box out where you usually put your rubbish. For most people, that's at your property's boundary nearest the road, and we'll collect your recycling and send it for reprocessing
