Penryn Town Hall

Penryn is one of Cornwall's oldest towns, receiving its first charter in 1236. The beautiful granite Town Hall was originally known as the Market House and is situated in the centre of Penryn. The main hall seats a maximum of 80 guests. There is a cost for the hire of the Hall, this includes the day prior to the ceremony to allow for decoration and preparation. We recommend that you make a provisional booking of the Town hall and then contact the local Registry Team to confirm dates and times before making firm arrangements.   

Pentillie Castle & Estate

Pentillie Castle a 17th century, award winning exclusive hire venue, situated within a 2,000-acre private estate in Cornwall. Polpier and its sister house offers exclusive use accommodation for 26 in two acres of garden with stunning views over historic Mevagissey harbour. Couples can marry in the drawing room, disco room or on the front lawn. Up to 50 guests are allowed or, with agreement with the registration office, up to 100 guests. We welcome dog guests too.

Porthpean House sits in beautiful gardens featuring lush lawns, woodland, and a path to the beach below – just perfect for wedding day photography, beach games and even a wedding day dip in the sea. The perfect Cornish wedding venue for an intimate wedding-stay for up to 21 guests in the main house, with room for a further 6 guests in The Lodge for slightly larger groups. The Cornish Place is a former Dairy farm set in 26 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside but only 8 miles from either North or South coast beaches.  We currently offer 2 luxury self-catering cottages created from former farm buildings (increasing to 3 in 2022), set around a beautiful courtyard with a small event space.  There are 3 possible ceremony venues around the farm.
