Public transport

At this time we are unable to access paper applications. We strongly recommend that you send all renewals and applications to us by email or use our online forms.

As the situation develops, delays may impact our suppliers such as the Concessionary Bus Pass printing company, which may result in further delays. We will endeavour to return to normal service as soon as possible.

Timetables affected due to Covid-19

Please read the Government's guidance for passengers using Public Transport. This includes advice on using local bus services as lockdown measures are eased across the UK. Similar guidance is available to local bus operators.

From Sunday 26 July 2020, new or revised timetables will be in place in Cornwall. Please refer to operator websites for information by following the links below.

The English National Concessionary Bus Pass enables residents of Cornwall of either eligible age or disability to travel on local buses during off-peak times anywhere in England for free or at anytime within Cornwall.
