Due to reduced staffing numbers we are unfortunately unable to respond within normal response times due to the unprecedented amount of enquires we are receiving. We are aware of how concerned everyone is in these difficult times and we are responding as quickly as possible.

Updated: Cornwall Council Pay & Display and Pay on Exit car parks are currently free until 31st May 2020 and so you do not need a valid ticket or a permit. Parking fees will be being re-introduced on the 1st June 2020 and so you will need to begin paying for parking again from that date.  There is more detailed information on the page Parking Services Covid19 including details about buying permits and temporary changes for Resident zones

Have you received a parking fine in one of our car parks? Find out what to do if you get a parking fine including how to pay and how to submit an appeal. We have no authority over penalty charges or wheel clamping in private car parks.

Motorhomes can park during the day in any of our car parks where they are a permitted class. Find out which car parks you can park your motorhome in and which car parks have an overnight parking ban. Overnight sleeping is banned in all of our Council car parks.
