Re-introduction of parking fees

Parking fees were re-introduced on 1 June 2020 so you now need to pay for parking again.  Free parking continues for NHS, Health & Social Care workers and Covid Volunteers. Simply use the relevant link for the type of ticket you want. Once you make payment you could start parking the next day.  

Seasonal season tickets (1 April - 31st October), Reserved permits and Resident permits can only be purchased through our Permit team.

You can use the form below to ask questions about parking tickets and permits, or to request a call back to buy a parking ticket/ permit over the phone. We will contact you as soon as possible but in very busy times this may be 5 days or more. It can take at least 10 days to issue and post your parking ticket or permit. 

Disabled Parking Exemption Scheme - the Permit team must have a copy of your V5C vehicle registration document before they can call to complete registration for this. To find out what you need to do please use the above link, or if you have any other queries use the form below. 

Buying a ticket over the phone

When we ring you you will need:

  • your credit/debit card payment details 
  • the vehicle registration number - please ensure you have the correct registration as there will be a £10 fee to change it if its not
