Parking tickets and permits - enquiries form

Cornwall Council Pay & Display and Pay on Exit car parks are currently free and so you do not need a valid ticket until we re-introduce parking fees. Some procedures concerning Resident parking permits have also been changed temporarily. There is more detailed information on the page Parking Services Covid19.  Dates for free parking/resident zone permits and information on that page will change, so please check it regularly for updates.    

The quickest way to buy a SeasonCountywide RoverCoach Rover or register for the Disabled Parking Exemption Scheme is to use the EasiPermit online system - use the relevant link for the type of ticket you want. Once you make payment you could start parking the next day.  

Seasonal season tickets (1 April - 31st October), Reserved permits and Resident permits can only be purchased through our Permit team.

You can use the form below to ask questions about parking tickets and permits, or to request a call back to buy a parking ticket/ permit over the phone. We will contact you as soon as possible but in very busy times this may be 5 days or more. It can take at least 10 days to issue and post your parking ticket or permit. 

Disabled Parking Exemption Scheme - the Permit team must have a copy of your V5C vehicle registration document before they can call to complete registration for this. To find out what you need to do please use the above link, or if you have any other queries use the form below. 

Buying a ticket over the phone

When we ring you you will need:

  • your credit/debit card payment details 
  • the vehicle registration number - please ensure you have the correct registration as there will be a £10 fee to change it if its not
