Countywide rover tickets

On Monday 6th July we are having to complete a server migration for our permit data. During this time you will be unable to use the Easi Permit system to purchase a new permit or renew an existing one. If you need a permit for the 6th/7th of July this can be done in advance or purchased using Just Park (info can be found below).

Re-introduction of parking fees

Parking fees were re-introduced on 1 June 2020 so you now need to pay for parking again.  Free parking continues for NHS, Health & Social Care workers and Covid Volunteers. Pay on exit

Cornwall Council is changing some of it's car parks from 'Pay and Display' to 'Pay on Exit'. All permit holders are still able to use these car parks, including those purchased using Just Park and any permits purchased before the car parks change. 

Please note that you can no longer buy Rover tickets from One Stop Shops or Tourist Information Centres. 

A rover ticket lets you park your car in most (but not all) Council long stay car parks for a single payment. 

  • 7 day rover - £47.00
  • 3 month rover - £206.20
  • 6 month rover - £412.40
  • Annual rover - £824.80

Below are some of the basic differences in the Rover tickets you can purchase. However please read the full terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket as this will give you information that will help you to ensure that you are getting the right one for you.

You will not have a ticket to display in your windscreen. Once you have purchased your ticket, and received confirmation it is valid, it is on our system and our parking officers can check your ticket using your vehicle registration

On the JustPark website there are simple and quick instructions for registering and purchasing tickets. 

EasiPermit Payments

When you are purchasing a ticket through Easipermits please ensure that you check you have entered the correct registration for your vehicle before you make a payment. If you purchase your ticket and the registration is incorrect you will be charged a £10 admin fee if you ask us to change it.

Purchase your countywide rover ticket online

Please be aware that the address used for the credit/debit card that you are making payment with must match the address that is entered on the ticket applicants personal details.  If not payment will be refused by our payment service (and you will not have a valid ticket) however your bank may still show the money as being held and not available in your account again for 3 - 5 days.

You will receive two emails and the second will be to confirm that you have a valid parking ticket . If you do not receive the second email then do contact us but please note they can take up to a couple of hours to arrive and also you may sometimes find them caught in your junk mail box.

Data Protection information The EasiPermit online system is provided by Conduent with payments being taken by NMI. The JustPark ticket purchase pages are provided by JustPark with payments being taken by SagePay.
