Shop safely – stay Covid-alert

Thank you for choosing to visit our local town centres and high streets to shop, do business and socialise. It’s important to give them our support. They’re at the heart of our communities and still working hard to minimise the Covid-risk.

Remember to follow the safety measures they have in place to help you feel comfortable:

  • Pavement and floor signage for social distancing
  • Face coverings in shops (unless exempt)
  • Hand sanitiser stations
  • More frequent cleaning
  • Respect social distancing
  • Protective screens
  • Encouraging contactless payments

And:

  1. Be safe - be considerate, responsible and patient
  2. Remember to:
    • wash your hands often
    • use the free sanitiser stations
    • use contactless payment
    • put on a face covering when needed
