If you were trying to submit a form
Sometimes details being entered incorrectly will prevent your form from submitting.
Things to check;
- If there is a postcode look up ensure you have entered a postcode, clicked on 'Find' to search and then selected an address. Do not type the address into the field. If the address is missing please select 'My address is missing' from the drop down
- If there is a date picker, ensure you pick a date from the calendar and do not type into the field
- If there is no calendar selection but a date is required, please ensure it is in the correct format stated on the field
- If you are uploading evidence, check the size of your files, a form will not let you upload more than 10mb. Right click on a document or photo to check the size
- If you use saved details in your browser to enter you email address this can cause a space at the end, check and remove any spaces
- Contact details for the service will be in the 'Need help' section on the page, if you have a large document that you cannot resize remove the document from the form and email it to the service using their email address
