Employers can reclaim the cost of travel on public transport for employees accessing their workplace during the G7 summit from 10 June to the 13 June.
You can make a claim using the online form below.
Before you start, you will need:
- electronic copies of all applicable tickets from employees. These can be scans or photographs. Please group all copies of tickets for each day into one document if possible. One photograph or scan of many tickets is best.
- your companies bank details
The information you provide on this form will be used to reimburse the travel receipts claimed for between 10-13 June.
We will only use this information in conjunction with the reimbursement of your claim. We may also share your information internally to verify the information provided.
Your data will be held within Cornwall Council’s secure network and premises and will not be processed outside of (the UK/the EEA). Access to your information will only be made to authorised members of staff who are required to process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.
