The Council is looking for additional accommodation as part of its Covid-19 response. If you have accommodation that is vacant and may be available for the Council to use, please contact us at covid19@cornwall.gov.uk.

We will be updating this and other pages as new information is released. The following may answer some of your questions or guide you towards information available at this time.

If you are a current Council tenant and are concerned about your tenancy visit our 'Coronovirus Outbreak' page. Here you can find what to do relating to the impacts you are facing as a result of the coronavirus. We will continue to work with you to maintain your tenancy.

If you are a tenant of another social landlord in Cornwall please contact your Landlord in the usual way.

If you are a tenant in the private rented or social rented sector, protections are being put in place nationally. These will protect you and your family from eviction if you cannot pay your rent as a result of the coronavirus. We will post more details here as they emerge.

If you are being threatened with homelessness then contact Cornwall Housing Prevention and Engagement Teams for advice and guidance.

If you have been made homeless then contact Cornwall Housing Prevention and Engagement Teams for advice and guidance.

If you are a member of the public and see someone rough sleeping please contact Streetlink to report their location. A local outreach worker will visit and support them into accommodation.

Local services supporting rough sleepers are still operational. You can also contact the Council for advice and guidance if you are rough sleeping or see someone rough sleeping.
