Buying an affordable home

Cornwall Council assess the eligibility of purchasers looking to buy various types of intermediate affordable housing in Cornwall including discounted sale, equity share and local needs housing.  If you are looking to buy a shared ownership home you will need to register with the local Help to Buy Agent.  Please note that ex Council Right to Buy (s157) properties have a separate process.
