You can buy from us in person at our showroom or from the comfort of your own home (where we have visited you to undertake a survey or assessment). Alternatively, for items where a survey or assessment is not required you can order over the telephone (a minimum payment or deposit will be required).

You can hire certain equipment from us, to do so please call in to our showroom, call us, email us or complete the contact form with your requirement. We will then discuss what equipment is available for your needs, timescales you require and any associated costs.

We accept payment with Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta and Maestro and for certain services you can pay by direct debit. When you must pay depends on what product you are buying.

Tremorvah Industries developed from a rehabilitation centre founded over 50 years ago, at City Hospital in Truro. Initially engaged in therapeutic work, the benefits of providing gainful employment for the less able became central to the “Rentoul Works.” Whilst we may now be named Tremorvah, the same vision and values still very much hold true today.

We provide training and employment for people with disabilities and help individuals to rediscover skills, acquire new ones and progress within the organisation and into open employment. The facility is also often used by disabled people to experience work after a serious injury or illness.

We are proud to have been awarded the Local Authority Disability Employment Mark. This is in recognition of the support we provide to enable disabled people to find and maintain meaningful employment. The Local Authority Disability Employment Mark provides an independent guarantee of our commitment to providing a supportive environment for people with disabilities. We are regularly assessed against sector-agreed criteria, proving how we are delivering social value through the employment of people with disabilities or long-term health conditions.

Our award winning commercial organisation offers competitive products and services and a supported environment for our staff and customers. We offer the peace of mind of being part of Cornwall Council and a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) so you can be confident of our support and integrity.

Tremorvah Industries is proud of its long history of a local Cornish business where we put the needs of our customer first. We believe Safety is key and our staff are trained to assess customer need or Survey the home environment to help you choose the right product.

Assessments for products such as riser recliner chairs, powerchairs, wheelchairs and scooters can be carried out on site at our showroom at Threemilestone Industrial Estate, where you can see and try many types of equipment. Alternatively assessments can be carried out at home as the environment in which you wish to use a piece of equipment is always taken into account.

For products such as stairlifts, through floor lifts, access control, ceiling track hoists and some assistive technology a survey in your home can be booked and undertaken, a survey will ensure the best equipment for your needs if identified.
