This page provides a number of data sets on the population and specific population groups in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Some of these data sets are presented by a variety of levels, for example; towns, parishes etc.

  • GP Practice Registration - contains figures on the number of registered patients by gender for each GP practice in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
  • Cornwall Population Estimates - includes the latest Cornwall population figures (5 year age structure with male/female counts) and related population age pyramid, town populations,electoral division populations, parish populations and Community Network populations.
  • Cornwall Parish Population Estimates - provides total population estimates for Parish and Town Councils from 2001 onwards alongside the latest mid-year parish population estimates by age band.
  • Isles of Scilly Population Estimates - includes the latest Isles of Scilly population figures (5 year age structure with male/female counts) and related population age pyramid, parish populations and electoral division populations.
  • Population Projections - includes the latest population projections for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (provided separately).

These documents contain maps of Cornwall and where appropriate, the Isles of Scilly. These maps present geographic trends and statistics relating to the population and its health and wellbeing.
