The Government also publish the Covid-19 map which provides data for all areas of England:

These maps show the density of COVID-19 positive cases by Middle Super Output Areas (MSOA).  These are longstanding statistical geographies built by the Office for National Statistics. They help compare geographic areas based on populations between 5,000 and 7,200. Cornwall, compared to many other areas of England, has had relatively low levels of cases. Less than 2 cases in any given MSOA will show as blank / white on the map. These low case numbers then make it appear as though there is no reporting. However; this isn’t the case. It is simply that there has been no significant concentration of cases in that reported week / period.
