We want to consult with partners, commissioned services and the voluntary sector and will be holding a workshop in each Locality during March, where we will be presenting proposals for a model of integration in your locality under a framework of all of Cornwall. This is an opportunity to further shape integrated place based services (IPBS) before we begin implementation of the model in April–September 2019.

We hope you will be able to join us and contribute to integration locally.

We will be sharing the proposals with residents and services users / clients.

Below are the dates for each locality with times and venues. Please only put your name down for one session, for the locality where you live and / or you work. If you have a Cornwall-wide remit then you can chose the Locality you know best, maybe one you worked in previously or the one where you live.
