There are lots of different children in Cornwall who need adoptive families.

There are lots of different children in Cornwall who need adoptive families. When a child needs a new family, we look in the first instance at our own approved adopters to see if they might be able to meet the needs of the child. If none of those prospective adopters “match”, we look to our colleagues in other local authorities and agencies to see if they might have suitable families.

Harry, Ava and Jack

Harry, Ava and Jack are siblings who need a family together. They are happy, lively children who love to play on the beach or in the garden – they like to be outside! Harry and Ava are at school together and Jack is at nursery and all three children are doing well. Harry enjoys ‘street dancing’, Ava enjoys playing football and Jack enjoys being read and sung to.

Caden

Caden is a very energetic little boy. He enjoys going to toddler groups with his foster carer and playing with the other children. Caden is delayed in his speech and language, but this is improving all of the time. Caden’s favourite TV programme is ‘Something Special’ and he loves Mr Tumble!

Emily

Emily is a happy, sociable little girl. Emily can find school a little bit hard sometimes, but she is doing well. Emily enjoys spending time with her friends at school. Emily likes arts and crafts and loves to make cards and pictures. She also likes to bake cakes with her foster carer.
