Planning survey 2019

We will use the annual Planning Feedback survey to measure public satisfaction in the services we offer. These services include:

  • Do I need Planning Permission
  • Planning History request
  • Pre-Application advice and
  • Full planning applications
  • Phone/email conversations with the Planning Service

The survey will mean that we are able to:

  • Gain a better understanding of how we are performing as a service.
  • Provide a means of measuring the impact of service improvements.
  • View a range of data so we are able to see if we are reaching company benchmarks.
  • Establish areas that we need to improve on in order to better our service for members of the public.
