If you still wish to make complaint then it would be helpful if you could let us know from the outset what you feel is an appropriate remedy.

We will assign an investigator to your complaint
We will send you an acknowledgement letter/email which will include details on how your complaint will be processed and the timescale for a response.
We will send you a draft response for you to comment on.
We will issue our final response to your complaint and include an explanation of how we have considered your comments.
If you are not satisfied with our final response then you should contact the Local Government Ombudsman
