The Ludgvan Neighbourhood Development Plan was formally submitted to Cornwall Council on 12th July 2019. Cornwall Council is consulting residents and other interested stakeholders on the plan for the Ludgvan Parish area. Consultation will run between Thursday 15th August and 26th September 2019 for a six week period. The plan proposal includes:

Ludgvan Parish Council submitted an application and map to designation their Neighbourhood Area. This was submitted on 25 February 2015. Cornwall Council consulted residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation. The consultation ran from 5 March 2015 to 16 April 2015. Copies of the application letter and statement were made available to view from Penzance One Stop Shop. The statement explains how the Parish Council and Neighbourhood Area met the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town And Country Planning Act 1990. The documents can be downloaded below:
