Landrake with St Erney Parish Neighbourhood Development plan is now formally made and can be used from 5 December 2018. This is part of the development plan in development management decisions in the Landrake with St Erney Neighbourhood Plan Area. The made neighbourhood plan, report and decision notice are available to download below:

The Landrake with St Erney NDP referendum was held on 8 November 2018. The plan was successful at referendum, with a result of: 

  • Number cast in favour of a 'Yes': 276
  • Number cast in favour of a 'No': 23

An initial assessment of the NDP, background evidence and representations was completed. Following this, the examiner raised a number of questions. Additional information was also requested as below:

On 22nd August 2018, Cornwall Council received the Examiner's report on the Landrake with St Erney Neighbourhood Development Plan. The Examiner's report concludes that subject to the modifications in the report, the Plan should proceed to referendum. Cornwall Council will consult residents and other interested stakeholders on the plan proposal for the area. The consultation will run from 4 May to 15 June 2018.

The plan proposal included:

  • a copy of a map and statement which identifies the area to which the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan relates
  • a consultation statement
  • the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan and
  • a statement explaining how the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan meets the requirements of paragraph 8 of Schedule 4B to the 1990 Act. (This is the Basic Conditions Statement).

Copies of the documents were available to view using the online planning register, (planning number PA18/00006/NDP). Hard copies will also be available to view at Sir Robert Geoffrey's School, Landrake Post Office and Stores,and Saltash Library and One Stop Shop.

The Landrake with St Erney Neighbourhood Development Plan has formally been submitted to Cornwall Council. It was submitted by the Landrake with St Erney Parish Council. The Plan has gone through its legal compliance check. The  Regulation 16 consultation will run from 4 May to 15 June 2018.

Landrake with St Erney Parish Council submitted an application and map to designation their Neighbourhood Area. This was submitted on 28th April 2014. Cornwall Council consulted residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation. The consultation ran between 9 May and 20 June 2014. Copies of the application letter and statement were made available to view during the six week consultation period. The statement explains how the Parish Council and Neighbourhood Area met the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town And Country Planning Act 1990. Documents were available from Saltash Library and One Stop Shop.
