The Cornwall Council (Footpath No. 25, Redruth (Part)) (Semmens Way) Diversion Order 2016

On 29 March 2019 Cornwall Council submitted the above Order that was made by Cornwall Council on 13 April 2016 for confirmation by the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs. The Order was opposed and therefore can only be confirmed by the Secretary of State. The power of the Secretary of State to confirm opposed Orders made under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is set out in section 259 of the same Act.

The Cornwall Council (Footpath No. 12 (Part) in the Parish of Kea) Public Path Diversion Order 2018

On 20 November 2018 Cornwall Council submitted the above Order that was made by Cornwall Council on 22 February 2018 for confirmation by the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs. The Order is opposed and therefore can only be confirmed by the Secretary of State. The power of the Secretary of State to confirm opposed Orders made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 is set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 of the same Act.
