Please note the wording for each Order below is taken from the legal notice published to advertise the making of the Public Path Order.

Public Path Orders made and advertised by the Council divert, extinguish or create public rights of way. They are made under either the Highways Act 1980 or the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the public have an opportunity to make objections to or representations about an Order during the time period stated. Orders that are made by the Council can only become operative once they have been confirmed.

Highways Act 1980 Section 119

The Making of The Cornwall Council (Footpath No. 112 (Part), Perranzabuloe) Public Path Diversion Order 2019

The above Order was made by Cornwall Council on 17 September 2019. Cornwall Council hereby gives notice of the making of the Order.

A copy of the Made Order may be seen free of charge at the offices of Cornwall Council at Newquay Library and Information Centre, Marcus Hill, Newquay TR7 1BD between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive (except Bank and Public Holidays) and at Truro Information Service, Pydar House, Pydar Street, Truro TR1 1XU between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive and at Truro Information Service, Pydar House, Pydar Street, Truro TR1 1XU between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there for the price of £5.00.

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Countryside Access Development Officer at Cornwall Council, Environment Service, Level 4, Pydar House, Pydar Street, Truro, TR1 1XU (quoting reference HAD 256) not later than 17 October 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

The above Order was made by Cornwall Council on 10 September 2019. Cornwall Council hereby gives notice of the making of the Order.

A copy of the Made Order may be seen free of charge at the offices of Cornwall Council at St Austell Information Service, 39 Penwinnick Road, St Austell PL25 5DR between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive (except Bank and Public Holidays) and at Truro Information Service, Pydar House, Pydar Street, Truro TR1 1XU between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive (except Bank and Public Holidays). Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there for the price of £5.00.

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Countryside Access Team Leader at Cornwall Council, Countryside Service, Pydar House, Pydar Street, Truro, TR1 1XU (quoting reference HAD 185) not later than 27 September 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, of if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
