Made Orders with active consultations under the Highways Act 1980 or the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 are shown here.

Please note the wording for each Order below is taken from the legal notice published to advertise the making of the Public Path Order.

Public Path Orders made and advertised by the Council divert, extinguish or create public rights of way. They are made under either the Highways Act 1980 or the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The public have an opportunity to make objections to or representations about an Order during the time period stated. Orders that are made by the Council can only become operative once they have been confirmed.

The Making of The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 25 Redruth (Part) Public Path Extinguishment Order 2020

The above Order was made by Cornwall Council on 30 June 2020. Cornwall Council hereby gives notice of the making of the Order.

A copy of the Made Order may be seen free of charge through a window next to main reception at the Council offices below:

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to:

(Quoting reference HAE 015) not later than 07 August 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no representations or objections are made, or if any are made but later withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
