The Making of The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 15 (Part) Marazion Public Path Diversion Order 2019

The above Order was made by Cornwall Council on 4 June 2019. Cornwall Council hereby gives notice of the making of the Order.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Countryside Access Development Officer,  Cornwall Council, Natural Environment, Countryside Access Team, Pydar House, Pydar Street, Truro, TR1 1XU [quoting Reference TAD 115] not later than 6 July 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn Cornwall Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

A copy of the made Order and Map has been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Cornwall Council at Penzance Library and Information Service, St John’s Hall, Alverton Street, Penzance TR18 2QW  from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 13:00 on Saturday). Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of £5.00.
