How to get to Goss Moor

You can join the Goss Moor multi-use trail at various points around the 7 mile route.

You can catch the train to St Columb Road station or Roche train station.  Both stations are on the Par to Newquay branch line.

From St Columb Road train station follow the village roads into Indian Queens taking a right from the station, crossing over the A39 and picking up the on-road section in Toldish near Pengorse Farm.

From Roche station you can pick up the trail in Roche town centre heading towards Tregoss.


Buses run to many of the nearby towns and villages including stops in Indian Queens and Roche. You can find information about timetables and tickets on the Traveline South West website or by phoning 0871 22 22 33. 

From the A30: use the Highgate Hill Junction for Indian Queens and St Dennis; or the Victoria Junction for Roche. From St Austell and the south, take the B3279 to St Dennis.

There are small parking areas at the Screech Owl Sanctuary and near the level crossing north of Tregoss.
