In 2016 we again worked with our partners in the University of Falmouth and held the event at their Tremough Campus. Students designed our invitations and certificates based on a “Superheroes and Princesses” theme. They organised a range of activities for our children and their families to take part in.  We also had Nick Brennan, Cartoonist, and the famous Titan, an incredible robot who entertained children and adults alike.  We finished with a mouth-watering buffet.

In 2017 guests were invited to visit the Space Odyssey Planetarium in the Giant Voyager Dome and there were also plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied when they were not seeing the show, including the cartoonist, Nick Brennan, face painting and extra-terrestrial crafts and games.

The children put on a costume parade before the formal part of the evening which was started by one of the young people reading out a poem he had written: hardly a dry eye left in the house.
