Partnership report for HeadStart Kernow 2017/18

The Wellbeing Measurement Framework (WMF) is the first survey of its kind to measure the emotional health and wellbeing of young people in Cornwall. It is delivered by the Evidence Based Practice Unit as part of the national evaluation of the HeadStart Kernow (HSK) programme.  2018 is the second year for this five year survey of secondary school pupils.
