Research from UK charity Education and Employers shows that a young person who has four or more encounters with an employer is 86% less likely to be unemployed or not in education or training and can earn up to 22% more during their career.

So, it’s no surprise that employers are integral to the work we do, providing crucial encounters that inspire young people and give them the opportunity to find out what work is like and what it takes to be successful.

Here at Cornwall Education Business Partnership we engage with local and national businesses as well as community organisations to work directly with young people, through their school or college setting, to provide them with meaningful employer encounters with employers and experiences of the workplace.
