Thank you to all school staff who have demonstrated immense resilience and leadership throughout these rapidly changing times.

We are sending daily education bulletins to all headteachers. You can also access these through your School Messenger account, where there are other resources to assist you.

Emergency School Provision for Key Workers

Notifying the LA of schools open/closed

Thank you to everyone that has notified School Admissions of opening/closing arrangements so that we can signpost parents/carers.

Please note:

  • The notification to the LA is separate to the DfE return
  • You only need to notify us that the school is open or closed – we do not need to know numbers
  • You do not need to do this daily – an initial email to tell us if you are open or closed and then an update if that changes
  • If you are closed, please tell us if you have a hub arrangement with another school/s
  • Please let us know if you are open over Easter if you have not done so already
  • Please send initial notifications and updates to 

We are sending daily early years bulletins to all Ofsted registered early years and childcare provision. Funded provision will receive this via the Early Years Portal
