School or college is not the only option, Adult Education offer a variety of courses throughout Cornwall to young learners aged 16-18, or up to 24 if they have an Educational Health Care Plan working with our partners.

We specialise in English and maths, from the basics to GCSE.  If you're unsure of your level call us for a FREE skills check on 0300 1231 117.

Apply online for free English or maths courses.

Your course will be FREE if:

  • You enrol on a qualification course 
  • You are not already enrolled in a school or college 
  • You enrol for English and maths

The minimum age for most courses is 16 - you must be 16 on or before 31 August 2018.

PoS - Programme of Study
Qualifications and skills with built-in work experience for young people aged 16-18, or 16-24 with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP).  You can progress to a higher level or into work.

SI - Supported Internship
For a young person aged 16-24 with an EHCP to learn in the workplace and gain work experience, with the goal of progrressing into systainable employment.
