We receive hundreds of queries about Council services each month through our website, social media sites and by email. There are many hot topics covering a variety of subjects from planning to public transport, highways to housing, education to environment.

From time to time we will host webchats here to help dispel myths and give you access to the people who have responsibility in key areas.

The Cornwall Local Plan was formally adopted in November 2016. This sets out a planning policy framework for Cornwall for the period up to 2030. But what does this mean for you? What impact does it have on future housing developments and planning applications as well as infrastructure, local communities, the economy and environment?

You can put your Local Plan questions to Councillor Edwina Hannaford, the Council's Portfolio Holder for Planning, here on Wednesday 18 January between 1pm and 2pm.
