Code of Conduct complaints
Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour we expect from all councillors in Cornwall. On this page you can find out how to make a code of conduct complaint, read the decision notices of all complaints reported to the Standards Committee and view the reports issued by the Local Government Ombudsman.
Before you make a code of conduct complaint it is important to read the guidance included with both versions of the form carefully. It will help you see what kind of information you need to give to make sure that your complaint can be considered properly.
