Annual meeting for St Agnes and Perranporth Community Network Panel

Residents of the six north coast parishes are invited to attend the June meeting of the St Agnes and Perranporth Community Network Panel and hear about local matters.

The Network Panel meeting takes place on Thursday 20 June between 6.30pm and 8.30pm at Perranzabuloe Parish Rooms, Chyanhale, Ponsmere Valley, Perranporth, TR6 0DB.

At the meeting community network panel members will be invited to discuss local matters in their area. As this is the annual general meeting the panel will also be asked to elect a Chair for 2019/20.

There will also be a discussion on proposals to strengthen community network panels. 

Perranzabuloe Parish Councillor Ken Yeo and Chair of the St Agnes and Perranporth Community Network Panel, said: “Everyone is invited to attend the meeting and it is a good opportunity for local residents to meet their local Cornwall Councillor and their local parish councillor representatives.

"Where appropriate you will be invited to give your views and input for consideration by the panel."

The panel comprises of all the Cornwall Councillors for the area and representatives of the six Parish Councils (Crantock, Cubert, Perranzabuloe, St Agnes, St Allen, St Newlyn East) in the community network area.

Some of the areas that community networks focus on include the dualling of the A30, school places in both primary and secondary education, highway schemes and community safety.
