Community Fire and Rescue Service Events & Campaigns

Cornwall Community Fire and Rescue Service hold many community events and campaigns throughout the year.

View what we have planned and get involved:

There are a number of fire safety initiatives taking place in February that you might like to get involved in, including: Chinese New Year - 8 Feb, Shrove Tuesday - 9 Feb, Valentine's Day - 14 Feb and National Chip Week, 15-21 Feb. All of which are aligned to our cooking fire safety campaign.

Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service is offering young people aged between 16 – 24 who are also not in education, employment or training the opportunity to take part in a Prince’s Trust TEAM Programme. The free course, which do not affect receipt of any benefits, will start on the 1 February. Find out how to join from the link above.

A Cornish Comedy Night has been organised to raise money for The Cove Project, MacMillan and The Fire Fighters Charity. This is being held at Camborne Rugby Club on Friday 19 February, starring Johnny Cowling.

You can view more community safety events from the Safer Cornwall calendar, which focuses on staying safe and is supported by a range of organisations.
