You can pay a penalty charge notice online, by phone, or by post.
You will need the:
- penalty charge notice number
- vehicle registration number
If you’ve lost your penalty charge notice, please contact us on 0300 1234 222 or email parking.appeals@cornwall.gov.uk.
Please note you can not appeal a penalty charge notice after you’ve paid it.

If you are paying after 14 days you will be required to pay the higher amount.

Ring our automated phone system any time by calling 0333 023 0202.
Pay by post
Send the payment slip from your penalty charge notice and the payment to Parking Services, PO Box 664, Truro TR1 9DH. Don’t send cash.
Please make sure cheques payable to Cornwall Council, anything else cannot be accepted. Please also make sure cheques are:
- signed
- dated
- the relevant PCN number (FA...) either written on the back or on an accompanying letter
Your payment counts as being received when it reaches our payment office – not when you post it. Allow at least two working days for first class post and five working days for second class post for your payment to arrive.
