To login please go to www.cornwall.gov.uk/myaccount
1. If you cannot remember your password please click on the link ‘Please use this link to reset your password’
2. Enter your email address, and click on 'Send verification code'
3. Enter your email address and choose 'Send verification code'
3. Open your email account. You will be sent an email from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
4. On the next page enter the verification code from the email we sent you
5. Rest your password. Please enter in a password that meets the following criteria:
- Is 8-16 characters long
Your password must also contain 3 of the following 4 character types. A tick will display when your password is secure enough.
- Contain lowercase letters
- Contain uppercase letters
- Contain numbers
- Contain one of the following symbols : ! @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
You will see a green tick when you have included all the correct requirements.
7. Once logged in your will be on your account page with all your details.
If you are looking to comment on a planning application, scroll down the page to ‘Planning information’ and click on ‘New search’ to search for a planning application or ‘saved searches’ if you have a saved search showing the applications you are interested in.
