Tell us there's a problem with your new bins or sack

Please use the forms on this page to tell us:

  • Your new food caddies, bin or sack weren’t delivered or were delivered damaged
  • Your food caddies, bin or sack have gone missing or have been damaged since your new service started
  • Your replacement caddies, bin or sack have not been delivered as expected 

Your bins weren’t delivered as expected

When your new bins are delivered, please check that you've received:

  • a silver kitchen food waste caddy
  • a green food waste collection caddy
  • a wheelie bin or protective sack for rubbish
  • an information leaflet

Make sure no wheels are missing, handles broken or lids damaged.

People who live in properties with shared rubbish, recycling or food bins will only get a silver kitchen caddy delivered directly to their property. The other bins will be delivered to your shared bin store area.  

How to tell us there's a problem

Each form relates to one single address. You won’t be able to report problems at multiple addresses on the same form, for example yours and your neighbours’.
You will need to complete a separate form for each address.

It can take up to 2 days for our contractor to confirm that they've delivered your bins and for our system to update. If your bin delivery isn’t yet showing in the form, please check back again tomorrow.Report a problem with your bin delivery

The 'Report a problem with your bin delivery" link above sends your report direct to our contractor Biffa Municipal Ltd. It should only be used to report a problem with your bin delivery. Please do not use the form to provide feedback or to ask us to exchange your bin or sack, as both need to be reviewed by Cornwall Council.

Your bins have gone missing or been damaged during use

Has your caddy, bin or sack gone missing or been damaged since your new service started? You can order a replacement using the link below.  Please note we will need to collect the damaged item when we deliver the new one.

When to expect a replacement

You can expect your missing or damaged bin, sack or caddy to be replaced within 8 calendar days of requesting a replacement.
